June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the history, contributions, and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the importance of creating a school where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. One way to support others is by being an ally. An ally is someone who supports and stands up for people, even when they may not share the same identities or experiences. Allies listen, learn, speak up against bullying or discrimination, and help create a welcoming community for everyone. To help celebrate Pride Month and show support for inclusion, temporary Pride tattoos will be available during lunch today. Stop by, pick one up, and help spread a message of kindness, acceptance, and belonging. Let's continue to make Gig Harbor High School a place where everyone can be proud of who they are.

Tides, your mom called and said she wants you to bring home your water bottle that has been in the Lost and Found for about 2 months. Please check the Lost and Found if you are missing your water bottle, lunch bag, sweatshirt, glasses or shoes. Anything left after school ends will be donated.
Congratulations to Jane Jackman for placing 8th in 3 Meter diving in Rome at the Roma Jr. Diving Cup! You are a superstar! Your Gig Harbor High School family is proud of you for representing the USA with athleticism, courage, and excellence.
